Good thing we didn't have this kill-any-American first, ask-questions-later rule when Richard Jewel was falsely accused of setting off a bomb at the Atlanta Olympics. This is worse then guilty-until-proven-innocent, this is the death penalty without the opportunity to defend yourself.
