31 US troops killed so far in Fallujah this week

There were 58 US soldiers killed this week in Iraq this week. 31 of them were killed in the siege of Fallujah, along with over 1,200 Iraqi "insurgents" and an unspecified number of innocent civilians. Since I missed remarking on the century mark of US military deaths that have occurred since George Bush declared mission accomplished, I thought this Sunday morning would be a good time to review the deaths as reported on Anti-War.com:
