Green Zone slides into anarchy

A suicide bomber killed 13 people in what all journalists call "the heavily fortified" Green Zone in Baghdad. (Great journalism hasn't been the hallmark of this war; the same words turn up in every story - insurgents, heavily fortified, IEDs.)
