George Bush is no patriot, even if he calls for a renewal of the Patriot Act

Feb. 15, 2005: President George Bush yesterday urged members of the U.S. Congress to renew an act, which allowed for secret proceedings in immigration cases against some Caribbeans, bolstered the surveillance of the FBI and increased use of material witness warrants to hold suspects incommunicado for months.
