I'm ashamed of my prime minister

From Yahoo Photos comes this story:

A motorist drives by one of 30 billboards depicting Czech Prime Minister Stanislav Gross with a caption reading 'I am ashamed of my Prime Minister,' which appeared across Prague suburbs.

I think we might want to start an "I'm ashamed of my president" campaign. Anyone out there handy with Photoshop?
