Tom DeLay Gives Justice Kennedy a Groin Injury

In order to avoid harrassment by Rep. Tom DeLay, Justice Anthony Kennedy dressed in a Chicago Cubs uniform when he exited the Supreme Court building. However, DeLay was ready for the ruse and kicked Justice Kennedy in the cajones as a warning. Witnesses also reported that DeLay threatened to give a 'purple herbie' to Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
