Crazy war staffing ideas

Matt has a piece on The Tattered Coat called Out of the Psych Ward, Into the Combat Zone in which he says, "So this is how Bush fights terrorism: by placing guns in the hands of mental patients and convicts." Interesting read, indeed. And it made me think that of George Bush wants to do that kind of war staffing perhaps he could start with his brother Neil, who fits both of Matt's criteria.
