Priscilla Owen shakes the hand that milked the bull

Priscilla Owen, George Bush's nominee for the federal appeals court, says that the president's hands are very soft for such a tough man.

"What lotion do you use to keep your hands so soft after all that brush clearing down on your ranch, Mr. President?" asked Ms. Owen.

"He, he. It's not lotion, little lady," said the president. "That's bull batter. And that's boatloads better than Bill's frist or Barbara's balm."
