What's out of place in this picture?

I was in the Ralph Lauren store last week in the Bellevue to buy a winter coat. I found a perfect one, the Toggle Coat. I'll be styling around Center City in it this week. And all winter.

While I was shopping I noticed this mannequin - and found something quite unsettling about it. I snapped a picture of it with my Treo. Can you see what's wrong in this picture?
