Tax hell in Philadelphia

Um, I'm going to start paying attention to those Business Privilege Tax discussions. Anyone who is a small business owner in Philadelphia has to really question doing business in this city. Do you know that we have the highest city wage tax in the country...and that on top of that, the City requires business owners to pay last year's tax...AND THEN DOUBLE IT? They require prepayment of "next years tax." Who ever heard of that? What if our business is half of what it was last year? It's craziness. Florida is looking better every day.
