Muscle Beach Party. What a dazzler: Frankie Avalon, Luciana Paluzzi (va-voom), Morey Amsterdam, Peter Turgeon, Little Stevie Wonder, Don Rickles. And Annette Funicello. I thought the Dr. Pepper machine and glass bottles were cool, and that was distracting. But Annette's head. That thing's a monster. Her head was twice as big as Frankie's. Did she go on to star with Cher in Mask?
