This Is Grating

This guy sleeps on a sewer grate on 18th Street just south of Market Street in Philadelphia. We have a great community effort in Philadelphia with Project H.O.M.E. (tagline: None of us are home until all of us are home.), but I'm sure they need more. Imagine what could be done with just a tiny slice of that Iraq War money.
