I've Been Forked!

Okay, I'm on my way to blogging immortality. I saw that Scott and Marisa said that they had posted a new show on Fork You. I'd asked about a recipe for egg salad...and in their inimitable style, they delivered.

Having grown up in an Irish household, I didn't know that egg salad could have anything in it besides eggs and mayonnaise. Marisa shows us the way with lots of spice and additives. Now I have a big taste for egg salad. I'll have it this weekend.
