A Little Nostalgia on Memorial Day

In honor of Memorial Day I am wearing my Vote Peace '04 shirt. Remember when it was possible that John Kerry was going to be elected and we wouldn't be in this idiotic war in Iraq? Remember how in '04 we could have done something different and we would have saved more than 2,000 brave service men and women? It makes me sad...thankful that we have brave soldiers and sad that they have to "sacrifice" at all.
