I'm Adding Folic Acid to My Morning Vitamins

Folic acid is good for the aging brain, researchers say. I'm glad I'm still functional enough to remember to write this down. First the reading glasses...then the forgetfulness. I'm adding folic acid to my Fish Oil, Vitamin E and Flintstones Vitamins concoction in the morning.
