It's Fun When a Friend's Idea Goes Viral
I wrote about Mock Dock a couple of days ago. And what a fun 24 hours it's been. Charlie's iPhone web tool (it makes booksmarks work like an iPhone desktop) has gone viral.
Scott McNulty wrote about it on TUAW. Robert Scoble tried it out while walking around a store and did a complimentary writeup. MacWorld did a story. The press is calling. Lots of press.
And thousands of people have signed up to use the application in the first 24 hours. I mean, it's amazing. And it's fun to see an idea move from concept to completion so quickly.
Charlie is improving the app on the fly. First mover, baby! And it's nice to have friends who help along the way.
